I'm a performance coach, YouTuber, and martial artist. I have a degree in Dietetics, and certification as a Sport & Exercise Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach through NASM.
What equipment do I need for these courses?
(The following equipment would be helpful, but I do offer substitutions for many of them throughout the lessons. You can certainly modify many of the exercises and use whatever equipment you have available.)
You will need a foam roller, a martial arts belt or yoga strap, a resistance band, a mini-band (you can use the resistance band for this), a step platform/stool, a dowel, a medicine ball or other ball, light dumbbells, a balance ball, and an optional massage instrument or massage ball.
When do the courses start and finish?
These courses are completely self-paced online courses. You decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the courses?
You have access for the lifetime of the courses.
What if I am unhappy with the course bundle?

No partial refunds at this time. If you want a refund for the course bundle, but wish to remain enrolled in any of the courses, you will need to re-purchase those courses individually.
